They ended up deciding to share custody of children in the meeting. Craft also came out saying that the $25 million federal civil lawsuit will no longer consist of Henke and his wife. The lawsuit will still be filed against all who charged her of sex abuse. This includes parents of kids, police officers, prosecutors and the school district that employed her.

The children who accused Craft of child molestation included her daughter Aiden. The Tonya Craft litigation did not have confessions from Aiden. She never said she was molested by her mother. Inappropriate touching was nevertheless something prosecutors insisted occurred due to the testimony of her two friends. The testimony was inconsistent though. Craft and her daughter have healed their relationship, she said on the "Today" show Monday. She said it’s "as if nothing ever happened" with the trial. Craft also said that she plans to enroll in law school to help others who have been falsely accused.
